About Seth Grove

As a Spring Grove High School and York College graduate, I am proud to say I am a lifelong resident of York County. My parents raised me to appreciate our community and hold true to my conservative, family-oriented values. I take these values with me to Harrisburg, along with a commonsense approach to government.

In my first term as state representative, I have advocated for limited government, holding the line on government spending, and property tax elimination. I led the charge to defeat the income tax increase last year and ensure gambling funds go to decrease property taxes as promised.

I believe the only way to represent the people is by listening to the people. I have enjoyed the opportunity to hear from you at my many town hall meetings, telephone town hall meetings and through Facebook and Twitter. Access to your elected officials is job one.

In September 2009, my wife, Kacey - a pharmacist and graduate of Duquesne University School of Pharmacy, and I welcomed our son, Andrew, into the world.
